Developed at Google, this 4-part virtual Search Inside Yourself program teaches mindfulness and emotional intelligence skills that lead to sustained peak performance, stronger collaboration, and more effective leadership. Build a strong foundation to navigate the challenges of today and beyond.

Co-taught by SIY Certified Teachers, Ashley Nelson and Anuka Gazara-Anthony. Ashley has completed rigorous training in neuroscience, mindfulness, and emotional intelligence from the Search Inside Yourself Leadership Institute and UC San Diego’s Mindfulness Based Professional Training Institute in the School of Medicine. In addition to being an SIY Certified Teacher, she is also a former senior leader at a Fortune 500 company, a Certified MBSR Teacher, executive coach, hatha yoga instructor, and the founder of Inseus. Anuka, in addition to being an SIY Certified Teacher, is also a Certified Life coach, and has extensive experience supporting organizations in Human Resources, Program Management, and Executive Officer roles. A mother of two young children, she is deeply passionate about supporting women and families on their parenting journey using mindfulness based skills to cultivate an environment where everyone can thrive.

Offered in a virtual classroom format, you will experience all the same benefits of an in-person training, including lectures, experiential exercises, and small & large group discussions. Virtual classes deploy a simple technology platform to bring all participants together live—creating engagement, interaction, and community.

Search Inside Yourself takes an evidence-based approach, combining neuroscience, attention-training, and emotional intelligence. We start with a foundation of mindfulness, and then build on the five core emotional intelligence capacities: leadership, empathy, motivation, self-management, and self-awareness.

The highly interactive, live, virtual training involves one-third content and two-thirds experiential exercises, including one-on-one and group conversations, attention-training practices, listening exercises, and writing activities. Following the training, you will receive 28-days of digital resources and exercises to help you continue to build on the skills we learned. Upon completion of the program, you will be equipped with a range of practical tools and techniques to integrate into daily life.

Search Inside Yourself has been described by participants as “life changing.” It allows for deep transformations through accessible and practical content. The tools, practices, resources, and exercises you’ll learn will help you to:
