This Community Circle is open to people of all ages and no previous mindfulness experience is necessary. If you are a parent or carer you may find this event helpful in cultivating more calm in your life and learning more techniques to help with sleep. We hope you’ll join us with your friends, your co-workers, your family, even your kids!
