Sometimes it can be very hard to be conscious of our behavior, speech and actions when our minds are completely focused on a ‘certain enemy’ with no spaciousness to see other perspectives, cultures and values.

It seems to have no real purpose but yet if we look at these experiences with a higher perspective, where we are behaving from a place of compassion and mindful intent we feel an awakening process. What does this feel like? It feels terrible! Because we are suffering in the moment because of our thoughts that we create about these actions. The suffering is the reaction to the personal / professional experience you have participated in. So how do we shift into a resilient mindset where we cultivate a more meaningful and calmer response by utilizing our inner-wisdom. In my experience, first realizing that what you are feeling is not good for you. It feels draining- anxious, driven perhaps. Then think about what would happen if you let go. Accept the terrible situation and be with it? A very hard practice to do my friends but extremely rewarding and blissful when you are open to meaningful actions based on your inner-wisdom. Try our acceptance practices and see what it feels like when you feel overwhelmed at work?
