How to hold energy so we don’t lose our minds?
How do we minimize harm in our lives at a time when our planet is activated by every type of turbulence imaginable. I believe it starts with connecting with our being. Connecting to our light of consciousness – the essence of who we are.

The moment you become aware of your thoughts, judgements and emotions – you start to create a spaciousness. An opportunity to stop adding to your constant overwhelm or emotional turmoil , but your presence gives you the opportunity to shift your energy from your thoughts to what is happening to you in the moment. It becomes part of your being. I find journaling your thoughts can give you a way of seeing what regular thought patterns generate any turbulent reactions or constantly shifting energies in your body.
